  • In-Stock Items can take 2-3 weeks to process prior to shipping
  • Back-Ordered Items or Custom Orders can take 3-5 weeks to process prior to shipping

Return/Exchange Policy 

We value our customers and we want you to absolutely love your dancewear. 

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied please contact  us so we can try to fix the issue. 

RETURN POLICY  

  • Eligible items may be returned for store credit only in form of E-Gift Card.
  • Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. 
  • Kandi Kouture Will not accept any returns after 30 days.
  • Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from make up deodorant or wear)  with all Kandi Kouture and product tags attached.
  • Eligible Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt, in form of store credit.
  • Defective items must be reported within five days of receipt. If not reported we will not issue the credit. 
  • If you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
  • Please Note: All Last Chance  & Clearance Items Are Final. All Black Friday and Cyber Monday items are final Sale. 
  • Due to the nature of swimwear, we do not offer refunds.
  • We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Kandi Kouture reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, Kandi Kouture reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

Non-Kandi Kouture items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

Return by Mail

Please print and fill out our return slip or include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned. Kindly note that without including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.

 Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We do not accept returns on last chance/going,going,gone items or flash sale items

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES

We do not do exchanges. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange there's no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. 

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we receive your return. You may use your credit towards the correct item or size at your convenience. 

Please note original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. I restocking fee will be  assessed on orders that are refuse by the customer at time of delivery

How to make a return/exchange

  • Fill out return/exchange form entirely and send it back with the item(s)
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Kandi Kouture will not cover or reimburse any cost of shipping returns unless item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Items being exchanged and sent to the customer will incur a new shipping and handling fee.
  • Please make sure to provide a form of payment for new shipping costs with your exchange form.  

 

Credit

Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Please allow 7-14 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Kandi Kouture does not credit original shipping charges.

Stale Returns

Kandi Kouture requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Returns received in our distribution center or retail locations after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, Kandi Kouture will apply a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed in our distribution center. An E-Gift Card for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a Kandi Customer return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a Kandi customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all Kandi's across the globe. 

Damages & Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your merchandise.

We will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. 

Kandi Kouture will be responsible for the S&H. 

 

Return Policy on Custom Orders

We are so happy to be able to provide you with custom made orders to ensure uniqueness however any custom made item is nonrefundable.

We are happy to discuss options to make your item fit correctly but because it was made uniquely for your child we do not offer refunds.

Should a customer misuse a promotion code and request a partial refund, that refund will only be given in the form of store credit.
